All new and returning volunteers are required to submit a Volunteer Packet and pass the criminal history/background check each year. The packets are available below or you can stop by the NCISD Police Department to pick up a copy. Once you have completed the packet, follow the directions below:

Returning Volunteers

1. Print and fill out the NCISD Volunteer Application.

2. Bring the volunteer application and a valid, U.S. issued photo ID to the NCISD Police Department located at 21026 Loop 494, New Caney, TX 77357, Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.

3. Once your criminal history/background check is approved, your new badge will be sent to your home campus, usually within 2 weeks.

4. Once you badge has been sent to your home campus you can begin volunteering.

New Volunteers

1. Print and fill out the NCISD Volunteer Application.

2. Bring the volunteer application and a valid, U.S. issued photo ID to the NCISD Police Department located at 21026 Loop 494, New Caney, TX 77357, Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.

3. Watch the Volunteer Orientation Video online and have your badge picture taken at the Police Department. Once your criminal history/background check is approved, you will receive an email notification.

4. Your new badge will be sent to your home campus, usually within 2 weeks.

5. Once your badge has been sent to your home campus you can begin volunteering.
