Summer Strength & Conditioning Programs 

 

The UIL released new information about the 2020-21 school year.  Essentially, they have taken the traditional high school calendar and shifted it forward from August 3rd to September 7th.  Here is a breakdown of the sports:

High school Football and Volleyball will be able to start practices on September 7th. 

High school Cross Country and Tennis do not have the practice limitations team sports do, they can start their meets/matches on September 7th

Volleyball can start their games on September 14th

Football can start their games on September 24th 

We will continue with summer strength and conditioning through September 7th.

All other high school sports will resume their off-season workouts in the athletic period on August 10th, the first day of school.  Middle school athletics will  begin when we return to school in a face to face format.
