New Caney ISD Director of Life Safety and Emergency Preparedness Paul Batchelder received the Rise Award from the Texas Association of School Business Officials (TASBO) at the April meeting of the Board of Trustees. The RISE Award recognizes a person whose early accomplishments, within their career and TASBO, distinguish them as future leaders in the profession.
