The STAAR tests will be administered on the following dates: 

Tuesday, April 6th - 4th Grade Writing 

Tuesday, May 11th - 3rd, 4th, & 5th Grade Math 

Wednesday, May 12th - 3rd, 4th, & 5th Grade Reading 

Thursday, May 13th - 5th Grade Science  

We know that each and every child has put forth an enormous effort to prepare for these tests. However, we need your help to ensure  that success. You can help us by making sure that your child does the following: 

• Gets plenty of sleep 
• Eats a good breakfast (free breakfast is served every morning in our cafeteria) 
• Arrives to school on time (by 7:30am) 
• Dresses comfortably (a light jacket may be necessary)
