Hello! My name is Susie Downs. I am so excited to work with your child this school year! I have lived here in Texas most of my life. My dogs, Gustavo and Eloise, and I love this area and the amazing people here! This will be my sixth year teaching. I have previously taught kindergarten as well as 2nd grade. It is going to be a great year!

I graduated from Kingwood High School in 2003. I attended college at Columbia International University in Columbia, SC. I graduated with bachelor degrees in Bible and Teaching English in 2008. I have loved teaching in public school and am honored to have your child in my class this year!

I have my alternative certification in EC-6 as well as my Special Education certification and an ESL certification.
