2022-2023 New Student Registration
To register for the 2022-2023 school year, please visit New Student Online Registration, to complete the online registration forms.
Once online registration is complete, please visit the campus of enrollment to turn in all required registration documents. For online assistance, please visit the campus.
2023 - 2024 New Student Registration
Registration for new students will be from July 17-26, 2023 at the following times and locations.
July 17, 2023: 11am to 7pm
All high schools will host registration on campus.

Parents or guardians of students new to New Caney ISD should complete the online registration process. Bring the documentation listed below in order to complete the registration process.Please bring the following items to complete registration:
- Certified Copy/Official Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Custody or guardianship documents relating to the student
- Proof of residency (utility bill or lease agreement showing the physical address of parent or guardian)
- Immunization/shot records
- A most recent report card or grade transcript
- Valid photo identification of parent or guardian
For individuals who may be unable to fully access the online registration system, you may register in person. New Caney ISD provides kiosks to assist parents or guardians with the registration process.
Returning Student Registration
Parents or guardians of returning students will utilize Skyward's Family Access System to enter or verify student information for registration. If you do not have your username, haven't received a reset email, or have problems entering the system, contact your student's campus or call 281-577-8615 or email PEIMS@newcaneyisd.org.
Upon completion of online registration, you will receive instructions if you are required to provide any further documentation, such as proof of residency or immunization records. Please note that all transitioning 6th and 9th-grade students will be required to provide proof of residence when completing registration. If you are unable to complete this process online, contact the campus your student is enrolling at.
