    Graduation Information

Graduation is May 24, 2023 at Randall Reed Stadium at 7:00 pm

Gates open at 6:15 pm, no reserved seating, no tickets needed

Graduation is almost here!  Wednesday, May 24th will be here before we know it.  We are very excited to share this momentous occasion with you and your family.  I wanted to share a few reminders with you as you plan to attend the ceremony.

Gates will open at 6:15 pm.  Parking is free of course, and seats are "first come, first serve".
Please know that Randall Reed Stadium has a "clear bag" policy which will be enforced for the ceremony.  Also, remember that noise makers (air horns, etc) are not permitted at Randall Reed Stadium, especially at a ceremony such as graduation.  Loud noises are very disruptive and will interfere with families' ability to hear students' names announced from the stage.

Students need to arrive no later than 6:30 and enter through the gates on the north end of the field, adjacent to the Community Center.  Students are encouraged to park at the community baseball fields on the north end of the stadium  This will leave available spaces for families and friends.

Students need to be dressed appropriately, wearing their cap and gown, stole, and any other regalia (cords, medals, collars) issued by NCHS.  The only exception is military regalia issued to students planning to or already enlisted.

Students need to leave their bags/purses with parents or in their vehicles.  Only phones and keys need to be brought onto the field.

In case of rain, umbrellas are allowed at Randall Reed Stadium.  If appropriate, we will allow students to bring umbrellas onto the field.

The ceremony will begin at 7:00 pm.  Your student will receive programs earlier that morning at the Senior Breakfastwhich is mandatory for all graduating seniors.  In addition to Ceremony Programs, we will be distributing maps and other information, and giving instructions for the evening.  Please make sure your student is in attendance.  In addition to hearing important instructions for the ceremony, there will be breakfast and PRIZES.

Upon completion of the graduation ceremony, students will exit the field the same way they entered.  All family and friends will exit through the ticket gates.  Families and graduates will be reunited outside the stadium.
