HI!  I am delighted to be a first grade teacher at Porter Elementary. This is my 26th year in education.  I have taught or worked with all elementary grades, as well as 6th and 8th grade.  I have served as an ELL coordinator and Literacy Coach.  My husband and I have been married for 19 years.  We have a blended family of 5 adult children, all are married except 1.  We are the proud Mimi and Papa to 5 amazing grandchildren - 1 boy and 4 girls.  I enjoy canning salsa from fresh Arkansas tomatoes (yes there is a difference), and making blinged out tumblers.  I have a fur baby, Ace. He is a Chihuahua Poodle mix.  As a family, We enjoy camping and lazy days in the pool.
