Mrs. Anessa Nance Billingsley

My name is Anessa Billingsley, and I am excited to start my 3rd year of teaching with New Caney ISD!  I previously taught Middle School Mathematics for 11 years in Shepherd ISD, Wylie ISD (Collin County) and Garland ISD (Dallas County).

I will be teaching BIM I, Accounting I and Accounting II at New Caney High School this year.  Prior to teaching, I worked in Business and Human Resources Management for 12 years in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, including the corporate offices of Warrantech, Trammell Crow Residential, Trammell Crow Company, Contran Corporation and EXCO Resources.

I look forward to bringing real world experience into the classroom to help students prepare for life after high school, and to help them explore the careers of Business Management, Human Resources Management, Accounting, Finance, Marketing and Information Technology.

I was born and raised in Ranger, Texas, and I graduated from Ranger High School.  I also attended Navarro College in Corsicana, Texas and The University of Texas at Arlington.  My husband Chuck and I live in Shepherd, Texas, and we have a dog named Molly.
