Ms. Mendy Knight- Counselor: House of Arts and Humanities

Hi! I am happy to be of any service to students and parents in the House of Arts and Humanities. This year will be my 28th in education with over half of that as a high school counselor. I have spent that time in both Humble and New Caney ISDs. I am a native Texan and graduated from Sam Houston State University where I returned to earn my M.Ed. in Counseling. My goal as a counselor is to be an advocate for students and work with them to achieve their goals in high school and beyond.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with questions or concerns. The best form of communication is email since I am with students so frequently that I cannot always catch the phone. However, if you leave a message I will be sure to get back with you as soon as I can.
