Mr. Cesar Condarco

Hello Spartan Family!

My name is Cesar Condarco and this will be my third year serving as principal of Porter High School.  I love being a Spartan and enjoy seeing our students in our hallways.  I am married and we have a daughter who is a student here at PHS.  As an educator in Texas, this will be my twentieth year in education.  I began my career as a teacher/coach, teaching Spanish and coaching boys' basketball and cross country.  I transitioned into administration where I have served as an assistant principal and principal at Keefer Crossing Middle School here in New Caney ISD.

As your principal, I love seeing our students being successful in all aspects of school.  We want to see our students excel in advanced academics , athletics, fine arts, CTE classes, and all of their other extracurricular activities.  Here at Porter High School we want to see our students leave prepared for the next chapter of their lives.  Expect Excellence from Every Spartan Every Day!!!
