• Media Center

The Kings Manor Library has transitioned into a Media Center to embrace modern methods of obtaining information.  The Media Center is designed to foster a community of lifelong learners who are active, independent, and discriminating users of ideas and information.  A diverse collection of print and online materials are maintained to support the curriculum, interests, and needs of the learning community.
Mr. McKeague is KME's Media Specialist.  He helps to develop programs for the school's Media Center, supports teachers with technology integration in the classroom, and organizes the school's book fairs.
Ms. Dixon, KME's Library Aide, assists students with completing the Media Center's objective for the week, as well as checking books in and out during the students' Specials rotation.
The Media Center also houses Makerspace Stations.  These stations serve as a medium for students to create products that reflect and extend curriculum learned in the classroom.  Examples of stations include: Green Screen Studio; Stop Motion Animation Studio; "Makey Makey" Studio; "Scratch" Coding and Programming Studio.
