I am thrilled to be your child's math and science teacher for the 2019-20 school year! My goal is to help my students fall in love with math and science by providing hands-on, meaningful, and challenging lessons that encourage and inspire them to reach higher. I love to joke around in class because I believe that laughter creates a strong bond, and in turn, a positive learning environment. I also believe that any student can become a mathematician with the right coaching and a positive mindset.

This is my fifth year here at Valley Ranch, and my eighth year teaching. I graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2010. I have been married to my husband for 8 years and we have two little girls who keep us entertained.
