Facility Rental
Thank you for your interest in renting a New Caney ISD facility. A facility includes any inside or outside area of a district campus that is available for rent and may include auditoriums, cafeterias, and elementary gyms.
It may be necessary to have a New Caney ISD administrator on duty for certain events. This will be at the expense of the renter to ensure the facility is safe and secure before, during, and after the event. The administrator on duty will serve as the point of contact for the event should the renter need something regarding the facility.
Please note, district facilities will not be available during the summer months to allow district personnel the opportunity to deep clean and repair minor maintenance issues in accordance with our operations facility management plan.

Insurance Requirements
To rent a New Caney ISD facility, groups must show evidence of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate with New Caney ISD listed as additional insured and waiver of subrogation.
A copy must be on file with the Director of Support Services. Failure to provide Certificate of Insurance or expiration of current Certificate of Insurance will be grounds for denying future facility usage until new evidence/certificate has been provided.
