This funding provides supplemental resources to help schools with high concentrations of students from low-income families to provide a high-quality education that will enable all children to meet or exceed the state's student performance standards.      

This funding provides supplemental resources to support programs that help migrant students overcome the challenges of mobility, cultural and language barriers, and other difficulties associated with a migratory lifestyle. 

This funding provides supplemental resources designed to improve the educational service to children in facilities for delinquents so that these students will have the opportunity to acquire the knowledge and skills contained in the state content standards. 

This funding provides supplemental resources to improve student achievement through elevating teacher and principal quality through recruitment, hiring, and retention strategies and to increase the number of highly qualified teachers in the classroom and highly qualified administrators in schools.

This funding provides supplemental resources to schools to ensure that students who are Limited English Proficient attain English proficiency at high levels and/or students who are new immigrants (IMM) to the country have the needed support in core academic subjects to meet or exceed state-mandated achievement performance standards.

This funding provides supplemental resources to schools to improve academic achievement by increasing the capacity of LEAs to provide access to and opportunities for, a well-rounded education for students. Title IV funds are provided to improve school conditions for student learning in order to create a healthy and safe school environment; and to improve access to personalized learning experiences supported by technology and professional development for the effective use of data and technology.
