How to submit a Facility Rental Request

    We are excited that you have chosen to use our facilities for your event. Please follow these simple steps to set up an account in CommunityUse to allow for online request processing.

    1. Set up an account in CommunityUse using this helpful guide:
      a. Requesting Access to CommunityUse
      b. Once the request is received, we will review and approve accordingly.
    2. Submit the request for Facility Use:

    3. If you are an approved CommunityUse User:
      a. Click New Caney ISD CommunityUse to login

      b. Fill out your request for approval.

    Note: Please understand it may be necessary to have a New Caney ISD administrator on duty for certain events. This will be at the expense of the renter to ensure the facility is safe and secure before, during and after the event. The administrator on duty will serve as the point of contact for the event should the renter need something regarding the facility. Please note that by signing the Facility Rental Request Form, you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions in the rental agreement.
