Track and Field
Track begins in February and ends in March.
All field events and hurdles will practice in the morning at 6am
Sprints, Relays, and Distance will practice during the athletic period
All athletes who miss practice will complete make-up conditioning when they return to practice for the any practices missed. This is not punishment for missing practices. If an athlete misses a meet, then they will not be able to participate in the next meet.
If a student brings a doctor's note, they should turn the note in to Coach Burns- Athletic trainer.
