Track and Field

  • Track & Field: An individual sport with team concepts. Running track strengthens your mind & your body.

    Try-Out: Fastest times for running & longest/highest distances for field events will be used to fill events.

    Season: Begins the end of February & lasts thru out April.

    Practices: Starts before school & will continue during the class period if able Monday-Wednesday. Some sports may practice after school.

    Meets: Will be after school during week days.

    Meals: Team members will be provided a meal on away competition days.
