    Cross Country: Although you run for individual times, cross country is definitely a team sport.           

    Try-Out: Runners will make the team. No try out necessary. Fastest times will compete.                        

    Season: Starts 1st week in September & lasts through October.                                                                          

    Practices: After school Monday-Thursday.                                                 

    Meets: 5-meets. Some meets will be during the week after school & others will be on Saturdays. A school bus will transport  runners to & from meet.                    

    Meals: Team members will be provided a meal on away competition days.
