Football

  • The football season starts at the beginning of the school year and runs through the begining of November.

    Football practice for 7th and 8th grade is after school and all practices are closed to the public. 8th grade practice will end at 4pm. 7th grade practice will end at 4:15pm. Please be on time for athlete pick-up!

    The first after school pratice will be Monday, August 14th.    

    We will have a mandatory Boy's Athletics parent meeting on Tuesday, August 8th at 5:15pm in the White Oak cafeteria.

  • All Athletes who miss practice will complete make up conditioning when they return to practice for any missed practices. This is not punishment for missing practices. 

    If a student brings a doctors note, they should turn the note in to Coach Adamilk - Athletic trainer.
