    Having Trouble Logging in to Absence Management?

    Here is a list of common questions and answers to troubleshoot your access: 

    To login to Absence Management in Frontline you must login through Classlink here: https://launchpad.classlink.com/ncisd. Once logged in, please click the Frontline icon and then Absence ManagementPlease verify that you are using the correct URL and network credentials to login. These are the same credentials that you use to login to a NCISD Computer. If you have your password saved, clear any saved passwords and retype your login credentials again.


    Having Trouble Logging in to Employee Self Service?

    Here is a list of common questions and answers to troubleshoot your access: 

    Error message stating: "User ID or Password is incorrect"

    If you have your password saved, clear any saved passwords and retype your login credentials again.

    If you do not remember your password, you can reset your password and/or access your username here.

    Error message stating: "You have not been assigned a role"

    It sounds like you are logging into the ERP (admin) side of the system, not the Employee Self Service. Access Employee Self Service with your network credentials. These are the same credentials that you use to login to an NCISD Computer. 

    Once you login with your network credentials (the same credentials that you use to login to your computer), you will be asked to confirm your identity a second time by entering the number that will be given to you via Voice or Text to the phone number you have listed on file. If the phone number listed is incorrect, you will need to fill out this form to have the information changed in TEAMS. Please allow up to 72 hours for the change to take effect.

    I am unable to login to TEAMS because it requires an access code sent by text and I have a new number. 

    If the phone number listed is incorrect, you will need to fill out this form to have your personal information changed in TEAMS. Please allow up to 72 hours for the change to take effect. 

    I am not receiving a verification code from TEAMS.

    Please check your phone settings for call blocking and make sure this phone number is not listed:

    512-645-2766

    iphone - Go to settings > phone > call blocking & identification

    Android - Go to settings > Blocked Numbers

    Some providers will automatically block a number if they suspect it is spam.
