Proposed Elementary School Zone Changes 2024-2025
A report regarding proposed elementary school zone updates will be made to the Board of Trustees at its regular meeting January 22, 2024, and the Board will consider the proposal at that meeting. If the Board approves the zoning proposal for the 2024-2025 school year, families of students who would be changing schools in the impacted areas will be contacted by the school district in February 2024.

2024-25 Secondary Class Schedule & School Start/Dismissal Times for All Schools
Beginning with the 2024-25 school year, New Caney ISD secondary schools will move from an alternating, block schedule to an eight-period per day schedule format.
Also, beginning with the 2024-25 school year, New Caney ISD will set distinct school start and dismissal times for elementary, middle, and high schools.
