My name is Karen Grilli and I will be teaching Second grade at Brookwood Forest Elementary.  This will be my 24th year in education.  I have always wanted to be a teacher, and I have taught PK-2nd grade for all of those years.  My passion is connecting with children, as they are developing into readers and good productive citizens.  I graduated from the University of Houston at Clear Lake with Elementary Education and Early Childhood with a Bachelor's degree.  When my own children were in high school I went back to school and earned a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction.  I can't wait to meet your child here at BFES!
