PHS Cheerleading promotes and upholds school spirit, develops a sense of good sportsmanship among all students, and betters relationship between schools during all sporting events.

We the cheerleaders of New Caney ISD dedicate ourselves and our services to the endeavor to maintain enthusiasm and spirit, and will represent our school to the best of our ability at all school events and elsewhere. We will support our campus at athletic events by showing school spirit and loyalty.

Important Dates for 2022-2023

PHS, WFHS, WOMS, & WFMS Cheer

Feb. 28^th: Tryout Paperwork Due (If you would like a copy of the paperwork, please email Coach Dove.)

March 7^th- March 9^th: Tryout Clinic @ PHS, 4:30pm-6:00pm

March 10^th: Tryouts @ PHS, 4:30pm-Finished

• Also on March 10^th: WFHS ONLY! Fitting will take place after each cheerleader completes tryouts

March 14^th: Meeting for all 2022-2023 Cheerleaders & Parents @ PHS LMC, 6:00pm

March 22^nd: Deposit 1 Due of $400 & Fitting for WFMS, WOMS & PHS

• Fitting @ PHS C101, HS @ 4:15pm, MS @ 5:30pm
• WFHS can drop off their Deposit at the Front Entrance starting at 4:45pm
• PHS, WFMS, & WOMS can deliver their deposit at fitting or take it to the front entrance

April 18^th: Deposit 2 Due of $400

• Payments will begin at PHS @ 4:45
• Location of payment drop off will be sent out in advance via Band & Email

May 9^th: Final Deposit Due

• Payments will begin at PHS @ 4:45
• Location of payment drop off will be sent out in advance via Band & Email

1 Date TBD: Gear Pick Up for Camp
