Nov. 1, 2017 - Brookwood Forest Elementary School is scheduled to open for the 2018-19 school year. Nov. 16, 2017 - Ford Motor Company honors six student-athletes with the 12th Annual Built Ford Tough Texas High School Football Player of the Week Award each week this football season. For Week 11, the Built Ford Tough Advisory Board named New Caney High School quarterback Jordan Cooper as the Class 5-A winner.
