The Board of Trustees introduced a new recognition at its regular meeting, Nov. 17, designed to honor administrators who exemplify the leadership competencies that guide the district’s work and reflect commitment to students, staff, and community.

The NCISD purchasing team earned the prestigious Award of Merit from TASBO, which recognizes K- 12 educational entities that are committed to following professional standards in the procurement of goods and services.

New Caney ISD is proud to announce that the counseling deparmtnets at BFES, DES, KCMS, KMES, NCE, PVMS, PHS, VRE, WFHS, and WOMS earned the CREST Award, setting the district record for the most campuses recognized in a single year.

This fall, the NCISD marching bands competed in the UIL Region Marching Contest, earning Division 1 ratings for the third year in a row.
