New Caney ISD Now on Twitter
Get the latest information from New Caney ISD sent directly to your phone or computer! NCISD has joined the Twitter bandwagon. Twitter is a free social networking website that has users “tweeting” in quick messages. Parents or community members can sign up as followers of the district’s Twitter page, http://twitter.com/newcaneyisd. There is controlled access to the site and only one district representative who will send out “tweets.” Those who follow other school districts have said they feel more informed. They say receiving tweets is more convenient than checking the school website, and more reliable than waiting on their children to bring home necessary information.
