Reception:
NCHS teacher Katie Lewis and her Advanced Floral Design students made gorgeous table arrangements of red roses gerbera daisies, white alstromeria with green lily grass and green berries in square, glass vases and tall glass arrangements with red rose petals and water. Child Nutrition served up yummy German chocolate and Italian Cream cakes, cheesecake bites, cookies, punch and coffee. A red rose topiary from Caney Creek Flowers adorned the food table.
Auditorium:
The stage was lined in white mini-lights wrapped in black and white tulle. Red balloons were placed below the stage. A grand floral centerpiece of red roses, white gladiolas and swirly twigs from Caney Creek Flowers sat at the foot of the podium. Great music could be heard throughout the school as the New Caney High School Jazz Band, under the direction of Gary Aiken, performed leading up to the program. The New Caney High School JROTC Color Guard, under the command of Cadet Captain Tabitha Clark, presented the flags.
Thank you to all who participated and helped put the program together!
